Baby Bouncing Rhyme?

My nonna used to do this song with the wee grandkids, but I’m having trouble remembering how it goes, does anyone else know it?

You bounce the baby on your lap, holding their hands and say the rhyme. Then you lean them back a bit counting one…. A bit more on two…. Then you lean them aaaaall the way back on three! Got giggles every time.

Sadly my nonna has since passed, my aunts and uncles don’t know the rhyme, and we weren’t taught Italian growing up. Anything helps!
