Dealers won’t give lease numbers without deposit or credit app. Is this normal?

Hi all, I’m trying to lease a 2026 RAV4 XLE AWD or SE AWD and I’m getting stonewalled. Every dealer acts like I’m asking for classified information when I ask for the actual lease breakdown. They want a credit app and or deposit first, but won’t give a written quote that shows how they got to the monthly payment.

I’m in a Toyota Financial (2023 RAV 4) lease that ends in April with 2 payments left and I’m slightly over miles. My credit is excellent I’m ready to do this now. I just want to see the math before I give them leverage.

Is this normal now? How do I get someone to just send the numbers in writing?
