Xiaomi Air Pump

Sorry if this isn’t the right sub, but I’ve seen the Xiaomi air pump mentioned here a few times so I thought I’d ask. I set it to 35 PSI. When I attach it to my tire, it reads 30 PSI. But when I press start, it does what you see in the video.

I’ve already tried two brand new units thinking the first one was defective, but both are doing the same thing..
