Optilume After few months

Hey guys can you share your story the first 4-6 months with the optilume procedure?
I had it done November 04 th 2025 and so far the peeing is great i guess last Uroflow 2 months ago was like Q max 16m/s doc gave me antiblockers now it got a bit stronger it might be around 18-20 m/s. I was wondering if any of you had some near tip fossa area problem and any pee dribbiling for example. I had this weird feeling like my tip is always irritated and i get dribbling stuck inside urethra and it does get out only if i start moving mostly sitting on chair or something laying down on bed then the drops came out. This is happening right after the catheter removal.

Had around 1-2 cm bulbar area stricture had catheter for like 18 days in total with 3 times re insert due to unable to pee for some reason idk why.
