BAH still not fixed

Haven’t been getting BAH since basic (6 months now) I’ve been to finance 4 separate times , everything in DEERS is updated, submitted same paperwork to finance twice just to be told 1-2 paychecks and the BAH will reflect, spoiler alert it still hasn’t meanwhile I have a family to take care of that I’ve been taking care of on an E-1 salary , any advice or guidance?
