Keep getting told my pictures aren't in content guidelines when I try to change my pfp

I don't know what the hell is happening, but I've been trying to change my pfp for a few minutes, but all the images I use just aren't working. It keeps telling they're not in the content policy, even with the ones I know I've used previously, nothing works. I'm confused :/
