I got P3 Gilberta. How does it affect her build or teams?

During tutorial, I got Gilberta with 1 single pull. During her banner, I used the free 10 pull I got from laeva banner and got two dupes in that 10x pull. And like a gambling addict I am + I like Gilberta, I did another 30x to get the free 10x, and I got another dupe at 30x.

But does her Potentials affect the way I have to build her? Or the team composition perhaps.
