Finally out!
It’s been a fun, wild, exciting, and tiring, 10ish months working for the cow, or so we liked to say at our store. Sure we had an operator, but even he knew he didn’t come close to the cows infinite glory. I’m finally free and on to a different opportunity. To my machines dudes/dudettes, keep fighting we often don’t get even credit but we are the backbone of the kitchen in many ways, stay strong. Breaders keep breading you are the second most important station in the kitchen, the first will always be dish because they keep everything clean so the entire operation can run smoothly. Last ones out most days and often the least likely to get recognized unfortunately. Now that I put my two weeks in these last two weeks I’m going to be the absolute best employee I can be and make sure that I impart all I know on my team. I’ll tell them ways to do things quicker, how to do the machines trick where you make sure you usually almost ever don’t have more than one machine down at a time. I might have not liked some of the people I worked with, and trust me when I say I didn’t, but I want to leave this place with as much of an impact as I can. Word to the wise for people who assign stations, put people who know what they are doing and do it well on breading and machines during Friday and Saturday rushes. A slow breader slows the ENTIRE store down, just one, imagine when you have two of them. Just a little fyi 😝. It’s been real, stay strong and godspeed!
