Spinning when loaded in

Apparently I can't post a pic of my load order. I'm old, forgive me. I have the following mods installed. I'm now wondering if it's Hothroopers mod.

Address Library for SKSE plug-ins

FNIS Data

Immersion Armors 8.1

IT'S Skyrim all in one

Legacy of the dragonborn patches

Legacy of the Dragonborn

SKSE64

Any ideas on why the world spins?

I don't have many and already having issues. Help!
