Do I have to pump because I gave one 2oz bottle?

I exclusively nurse and my 7 week old has been cluster feeding all evening. He has emptied my breasts, they're like pancakes, and I know breasts are never really empty, but we were at the point where he was drinking the milk as it was being produced and the flow was slower and he was getting fussy on the breast, which he never usually is. My back hurts so I warmed up some frozen milk from my stash and had my husband give him a bottle. Is this bad for my supply? He's been latched for literally hours today so I thought it probably won't hurt. I don't usually have supply issues, if anything I'm an oversupplier, but recently my supply has regulated and I don't get super engorged anymore, which is nice in a way, but makes me anxious too.
