Bf (31M) is no where to be found and I think he’s ghosting everyone including me (28F)

Okay so I’m going a little bit crazy and I’m looking for advice on what maybe going on? So I’ve been with my bf for about 3 1/2 years, don’t judge me but he has had legal issues in the past and most of our relationship was spent while he was incarcerated. Our relationship was never toxic, he was always the kind and loving type and he obviously put in more effort into the relationship than I did, he was basically always there for me and used to make holidays and my birthday a big deal by getting me gifts, he would buy me flowers and give me money every month without me asking and without expecting nothing in return which is why I’m confused about his recent behaviour, this is someone who I have met his entire family and friends. So for about a month we’ve had issues as in I noticed he was always stressed out and would not communicate, he is outside and we don’t live together yet but he is possibly dealing with more legal issues. we’ve been arguing almost everyday the past weeks because I felt like whenever we were on the phone and I was trying to have a serious conversation with him he would turn everything into a joke, I would complain about something and he would just laugh it off to the point where I started calling him immature, I mean just talking to him was getting very annoying and draining. He got me jewelry and was waiting to give it to me because our anniversary was coming up but he mentioned that he got his mom jewelry as well that was more expensive and that kind of threw me off like why would you mention that her jewelry was more expensive it’s unnecessary. Anyways I told him that was weird to compare and I take full accountability but I kind of dismissed his gift and told him why would you spend less for me he got angry and said to stop comparing myself to his mom in another fight he called me ungrateful. After this incident, he refuses to buy me anything I would ask for eternity flowers for my birthday and he would say yes I’ll get you those without never following through which is not really his character. Anyways 9 days ago is when we’ve had our last convo on the phone, I called him about 5 times because I needed to tell him something important and he wasn’t answering and then he texted me what’s going on babe and called me once, I didnt answer and I didn’t call him back until an hour later, when I did he seemed calm and a little bit withdrawn and mentioning things like why do you call me 5 times and saying he’s not at peace and dealing with so much, he told me he’s deleting his account (we talk on whatsapp) and making a new one due to legal reasons, I asked him when he was gonna add me back he said the next day possibly in the afternoon, since that call I have not heard a word from him I haven’t received an add back, I messaged one of his family member that lives overseas and that specific family member almost never answers texts and just leaves ppl on read, I sent him 3 messages and he left me on read (he has read receipts on), then I sent another message saying since he’s ignoring me tell him that we’re done and that family member finally answers and says I’ve had no recent contact with him. I go and add one of his friends on ig and I messaged him that was one of his friends that he was hanging out with everyday, I asked him if he has news from him and his friend told me I’m not sure I haven’t heard from him in days and he said things like ur bf is toxic u should move on, I asked him what he means by that and he never responded me again just saying I’m not with him. I’m not sure what is going on here this is a weird situation, I see that his snap has the green dot meaning someone is in the account I tried adding the account and my request isn’t being denied or accepted it’s just sitting there I told my friend who doesn’t know him to add him and see and same with her, her request isn’t being accepted or declined. I stopped reaching out to his family member and his friend because I did all I could do I even gave his family member 2 numbers to reach out to me. What is going on here is he doing this on purpose and are ppl lying to me or is he genuinely ghosting everyone.
