uiuc cs vs purdue cs honors vs a&m cs vs utd cs (in state: texas) please help :(

where do I go if cost is a factor and where do I go if it isn't a factor.

I really don't want to go to A&M or UTD esp tied to some personal reasons, my dream was UT Austin and I worked hella hard for it and now everything just really hurts :(

I love UIUC a LOT tho even more than UT now but its so expensive and idk how to get scholarships

going in for cs + AI/ML + interest in quant
