Should I do another treatment?

I have done 4 rounds of permethrin (4 tubes) first time around 2 months ago and second time around 2 weeks ago. I am noticing what appears to be new burrows and the itching is getting worse.

Should I do ANOTHER round of permethrin or is there anything else I can do?
