What moves should I use for PVE?

I have demon vessel, star rage, and soul king.

I have every move for soul king except the maximum and domain

I have every move for star rage and demon vessel but the final moves (mastery 250 moves and maximum + domains)

Also what should I use my maximum scroll on?
