Antenna Location Advice

ATM I have a Lil Wil on the roof of my car, but I plan to go out on the water a lot this year and my boats are going on the roof.

My kayak is plastic, so that won't effect anything, but my jon boat is aluminum and that most certainly will effect things.

So I'm debating which fender to put the new antenna on. Any advice?
