We are seeking SDU Specialists to join our dynamic global operations team. This role supports quality assurance, auditing, process improvement, and documentation for U.S.-based insurance clients.

Role Details

• Function: Back Office – SDU Specialist

• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

• Weekends: Fixed Off (Saturday & Sunday)

• Work Setup: Full Onsite (No WFH option)

• Salary: Competitive, up to PHP 50,000

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QA, Audit, or Training roles within Insurance, Healthcare, Financial Services, or BPO industries

• Proven experience in training and coaching

• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills

• Ability to create and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation
