Question about All-Star Lock-ins

Haven't played 2k in several years, so I'm curious how tomorrow will work.

So essentially if you have EVERY All-Star game player card after they announce the MVP you can lock it in for a 100 version of that player? And for the PD's in the other events they will lock in for either a Lillard, Edgecomb or Johnson?

Was going to save my PD Sarr to sell tomorrow, but sounds like the lock in may not be very popular.
