Looking for a low cost editor for small YouTube channel every now and then

Im a small Twitch stream who has tried to get into youtube because I’ve heard it’s good for growth on other platforms. I’ve tried editing my own videos but I really do not enjoy the process and I’m not very good at it. I’ve tried looking on fiverr but some of the gigs look a little sketchy and I’m worried about that. is there anyone looking to build a portfolio that might be interested in doing some cheap editing? it would be editing down twitch vods into 20-30 minute videos. some gaming and some irl videos. this wouldn’t be an on contract or too regular gig either, just every now and then when I think something is good enough to turn into a video I would shoot you a message. also if anyone has any suggestions for where to find something like this it would be greatly appreciate! TIA
