Failed to load chat

I keep getting this failed to load chat error on the Gemini app only. It does not seem to happen in the web. I try to open a chat and it kicks me out with that error and reloads to the new chat page. Tried deleting cache and data and uninstalling and reinstalling the app but doesn't seem to do anything. Any ideas?
