I'm approaching my 50s, is getting older a constant occurrence of "Holy F*ck, I'm old!!" moments?? Cause it's already started.

Examples:

Some of my co-workers are younger than my son. That already made me think "Holy F*ck, I'm old!!"

We were talking about weekend plans, and I mentioned I was going to a concert. The group I was going to see was from before they were born (90s rnb group) and they laughed.

Random, unexplainable body aches of course.

My hair style speaks to how old I am. All the kids have curly permed hair.
