Desperately Need Help Pedigree diagram

:snoo: question

It’s for an assignment, I have no idea how to construct this pedigree diagram. Been trying to work it out for a while can anyone help how somehow help me create it. Thank you.

Mrs Caterina LOI and the second of her three children, her daughter Anna, have come to genetic counselling clinic for your advice. Her family are concerned about two genetic conditions: Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency (G6PDd) and Sickle cell. Anna is currently pregnant with her third boy child, and the family are concerned about his future health.

Caterina tells you that her family are from Sardinia, her ancestors lived there for generations but she only has vague memories of her grandpa Angelo and grandma Paola (both lived to great ages but are dead now). Caterina tells you that her mother, Angela, used to tell stories from her childhood…She and her two brothers would play in the hills and only go home at mealtimes. Caterina's uncle Mario was the oldest child of Angelo and Paola he married young and had identical twins followed by a daughter, Rita who is Caterina's favourite cousin. Caterina tells you that she is an only child and so loved having Rita around to when they were children. Rita only has one daughter, Jana, who is expecting her first child in about six months. Caterina tells you of her two other cousins whose father, Luca was Angela’s younger brother. Luca married his cousin Sarah and they had two boys.

Their youngest is not in touch with the family anymore, he transitioned to live as a woman in Rome. Luca’s oldest son died quite young, but Caterina doesn't know what caused his death. Caterina’s oldest child, her son, Gavino who was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes after a long period of ill health, has recently been diagnosed as having G6PDd as well. This discovery was made because Catarina’s two grandsons Musa (7 years old) and Serigae (5 years old) were both found to have G6PDd a couple of months ago, so the whole family is being offered testing.

Caterina tells you that if the doctors had known about the G6PDd Gavino’s diabetes would have been diagnosed sooner and he might not have had to have his toes amputated. Musa and Serigae are also being tested for Sickle Cell because, during this process, the family have discovered that their father, Mamadou, has sickle cell trait. The results of the test came back to him as, ‘HbAS’. Thankfully you can tell Anna that although she is a carrier for G6PDd, she does not have a clinically relevant variant at the sickle cell locus.

Caterina tells you that they are worried about Jana’s baby. Anna tells Caterina that she is very glad her younger sister, Deedee, is adopted because at least she will not have to worry about all these inherited conditions.
