[Student][US] MS ECE Student Seeking Physical/Digital VLSI Intern Roles, seeking advice on resumes

Hi everyone, I am currently an MSECE international student

Despite 300+ applications, I have only handed 3 interviews but haven't secured an offer yet.

I have previous experience as data engineer/PM at TSMC but I am trying to pivot fully into a technical VLSI design roles. If I don't secure a summer job/intern, I will soon ran out of money and unable to graduate.

I really need help on my resume as I am getting rejected everywhere. I have three specific questions in mind

• Are my projects described with enough technical depth?
• Is my resume failing ATS?
• Are my experience irrelevant to the VLSI role?
