Task manager/ calendars

Does anyone have an AI task manager or non ai platform that is compatible with google calendar?

I’m currently balancing two 1099 contract positions. I have to schedule all of my own sessions, send appointment reminders for one and I need to carve out admin time in my free periods when I have it. I’m also a mom so I have a lot of schedules I’m balancing. Just curious what others are using to efficiently plan out their days especially those self employed with multiple income sources.
