Men -- What are your recommended styling product recommendations for fine, thin hair?

It has been 5+ years since I have used any styling products in my hair. I used American Crew Fiber for years and enjoyed how well it held my hair in place, its matte texture, and the volume it added to my hair. The problem now is that my hair has become much thinner and dryer. AC Fiber catches too much on my very dry hair, and it almost seems like it's too heavy now and weighs my hair down.

Are there other lightweight, matte styling products that are easily washed out with just rinsing? I am trying to read up on pre and post styling products also.
