Meet my new foster - "PitKin"
This is my new foster dog! I've lost count of how many I've had but it is 140+. His name is "Pitkin" through my rescue (I have no clue who named him or why they named him that).
I call him "Kit". He is ~20lbs, Dachshund mix and is 9 months old. He's so silly and goofy! I've never actually had a young, normal-puppy small dog like this as my forte is the "problem" bigger dogs, young puppy litters, or the super shy small dogs. He also does the "Dalmatian" smile! (not pictured). He is adorable and I adore him already even though I just picked him up today.
Fortunately, he seems to be housetrained/cratetrained already (per temporary foster's notes). He will be available to go home in a week or two and if he isn't preadopted soon I am tempted!
