Games similar to arc raiders but strictly pve

I really love the gameplay loop of finding blueprints to permanently unlock weapons you can use resources you find each match to craft. I also love the dopamine rush of finding rare things. Looking for something with a similar feel with absolutely no pvp. Borderlands is fun for grinding for rare stuff but its not quite the same.
