Dosing

I started compound semaglutide in April of 2025. By November I had lost 30 lbs but didn’t loose any more weight Oct & November and I was already at the max dose (2.5). My doctor recommended I switched to tirzepatide I agreed. He said he was gonna start me at the same dose as I was on Semi which is 50 units (10mg) I don’t really understand the conversion. He said If I felt ok with that dose for 2 weeks I could move up to 60 units I did & lost 5 lbs that week but I had a headache ALL week so I went down to 55 units and I was fine but I am stuck again not loosing weight. Is this normal? Is my dosage correct?
