Need Advice

My daughter (10F) is potty trained a long time ago but lately she started peeing herself while shes sitting or doing something even though the bathroom is right there. She also pees herself overnight most nights. I’m not sure what to do because this has been going on for a year, any advice?

Also completely unrelated but a few months ago she started becoming a bit more aggressive, usually she would only bite/hit/scratch her sister but now she’s doing it at school and she’s in a bad mood when she’s home throwing things and screaming or crying. Our family doctor suggested we ask her doctor to prescribe a medication to calm her down. What was everyone’s experience with that and does anyone have any advice?
