Animar + Mycosynth ruling help!

If i have [[Animar, Soul of Elements]] with infinite counter on it and i have [[Mycosynth Lattice]] ,

1. will all my creatures be free to cast because of the cost reducer of Animar since i can spend mana of any color?

2. Would [[Vizier of the Menagerie]] act the same way?
