Motorwest HP831 injectors help needed

I feel like a crazy person. All the reviews for these injectors talk about how great they are. I installed them after having a cylinder 5 misfire (found it was leaking gas from the gasket) and now my 4runner won't start. I managed to get it to start with starting fluid and once its on its fine no issues. Turning it off it has a somewhat long start but will still crank. After letting it sit though it won't start again. Is this a fuel pressure regulator issue? What i dont understand is i was having no issues before I installed these injectors so I dont get what could be causing my issue. Please any advice would be helpful
