The next Lord after Nagash DLC

I know i have posted and asked the same thing over and over again about DLC after Nagash, but this time, I want to know the speculation details. like what race will be next and who'll be the lord that they are released.

But before that, let me remind you that IIRC when they are about to release the SoC, they say that they planned to rework all the Legacy Races (Race from WH1 & WH2) before they finish the game, and since Nagash is obviously going to focused on Undead Race, Tomb King, Vampire counts & Vampire coast. that leaves Bretonnia, Wood Elves, & Beastmen (though they got some new unit from Monogod DLC) from game 1, Dark Elves, Lizardmen & Skaven from game 2.

so as I was saying in the first paragraph, what race might be next and whom will lead the new faction?

and while we're at it, to balance tzeentch with other Monogod, who you think should be the third one?
