Do I ask my neighbor why they don't speak to me anymore?

I'm not sure when it started but lately I've been texting my retired neighbor asking if they would like some sweets we made. Once the response took the whole day saying they simply stopped eating sweets because of their health. OK fine, I mean ill keep offering anyways just to be kind... I offered some BBQ pulled pork and I heard nothing back for hours so I decided to call her, no answer, no call back, not even a text message. She's a very social person too and needs to know everything about everyone on our street. During Christmas I also gave them a photo of my daughter and her when they first finally met after almost a year of not meeting her.

I ran into both of them as they were unloading some water bottles. I offered to help the unload, they said they had it while I had my daughter now 12 months old in tow. She chatted my ear off for a little told me one of my neighbors a few doors down died and also told me this was her favorite time of year to go be social. So it being her favorite time of year, ok I get it you're busy maybe but I still feel like she has some kind of issue with me and I don't know if I should just ask her if "I did something wrong" or " if I offend them in some why" or "If they are trying to avoid me"?!

Just today I was walking with my daughter and I was maybe 40 years away from the front of their property I saw the husband and he just got done speaking to a neighbor that was across a 4 lane street (two bike lanes & 2 driving lanes) and he didn't say hi I told my baby "watch he's going to go inside without speaking to us". I believe he delivered somw oranges to that neighbor, I have yet to see any oranges for me this year so im speculating they do not like me anymore for some reason.

So should I just not care even though it bothers me especially if I do not know why?! What do I say?
