Station Closure?

Well, it finally happened.

We had some managers come by and have a meeting with us. They told us that our station was being "optimized". I'm not sure what that entails, but we are losing some areas to a ground station nearby.

Because we're losing areas, that means some routes are being cut. They said that we weren't getting any ground freight. Morale has been down since the announcement. A few of the couriers have started looking or have already found new jobs. Our station isn't very big to begin with, about 30 drivers.

Not sure what's going to happen. I'm assuming this is the beginning of our station shutting down. I wouldn't be surprised if we shut down soon or by the end of the year.

Probably should start looking for another job before it's too late.

Has anybody else had their station optimized?

If so, did it lead to closure?
