Constant crashing whilst fighting maxtac?

So on vanilla i can fight maxtac endlessly without a problem.
Modded though seems to cause a crash within about half an hour consistently.
Does anyone else have this issue and/or know how to fix it?
I've tried clean driver reinstalls, Clean game installs, Removing most mods, buying a new pc, updating bios drivers, clocking ram and deleting inputloader.ini... basically everything you see in most posts about this issue.

PC Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 8400F
32 GB RAM 5600MHz
5060 TI 16GB
2TB NVME M.2 600MB/s read, 5000MB/s write
