Looking to do a “roadtrip” in my piper arrow across the country what are the best/coolest destinations and stops?

Me and my girlfriends want to make a trip to a fun destination with the coolest fuel stops possible in our Piper arrow. We would leave from KABR and don’t know where our destination should be. Does anybody have recommendations or has anyone done anything like this before?
