How do I make a living out of writing?

I'm good at writing Hindi stories, dramas, poems and essays. By saying good, I mean really very good. I'm fed up of my 9-5 job. I want to make my career in writing.

The major drawback that I have is that I have zero experience in this field. I had tried finding online freelance jobs, but I failed there, because I had no professional experience in writing.

I had written a set of 10 short stories. I had written some beautiful poems also. When I realised that I could not make a living by writing, I tore those pages out of frustration. After that I got a job in a field that had nothing to do with creative writing.

I'm fed up of my current job now. I have to drag myself everyday to work. To write is my love and passion.

What should I do? How do I turn my love and passion for writing into a business?
