Would a technopath biunite be possible?

Technopathy is one of my favorite super powers and I love to see it represented in stories and that got me thinking, would it be possible to have a biunite with technopathy?

I guess for anyone who doesn’t know that’s the ability to psychicly interface with technology, typically giving it orders or finding passwords and stuff is what I think of. I guess there’s nothing saying it would be impossible for a biunite to have that power but it also doesn’t blend super well with their more natural vibes. I guess I’m also asking if you were to make a technopathy biunite how would you do it other than just assentually a biomech with extra powers?
