Delivery Estimate?

This is my first time ever using Popmart and I ordered a Hirono for my little cousin which he asked as a gift. I ordered it Jan 21st and it is now Feb 14th. Quite some time has passed and when I check the status of its transit it hadnt updated since Jan 31st. It has arrived in my state on the east coast but since then its been radio silence.

Just curious if this is normal? And if it isnt how much longer should I give it before contacting customer service? How likely is it they would resend the blindbox if I never receive it?
