Halp

Hopefully this is allowed, but I have a few questions for a GM/Lead if any feel the need to reply. I’m in the process of becoming a lead and don’t want to bring this issue up and hurt my chances of getting promoted. I work 35 hours a week and mainly close. I’ve been here at LC for about a year, and I haven’t seen my GM close or work a full shift. I’ve thrown jabs like, “Must be nice to work a couple hours, go home, and still get paid for the whole day,” since I’m the only one with the guts to say something. I literally work more than him, and our assistant manager just put in 55+ hours this week. He’ll call him in four hours before his shift starts and then leave at 12 on a Saturday to go look at guns. It’s been an ongoing issue, sleeping in his truck on our busy days, saying he’ll come in if it gets busy… but he never does. If you ask me, he already has one foot out the door. Am I going crazy?
