Failed FET. 1 embryo remaining. 39F with PCO.

Everything looked “perfect” for this transfer. Semi-natural, 10mm trilaminar lining, and a 3 day old blastocyst. (My remaining embryo was thawed and refrozen at 5 days at the time of my recent FET).

I don’t think I have the capacity to do another ER.

My follow-up appointment is in a week. What do I ask? What should I think about doing differently?
