Recreation & Health Education vs Kinesiology – Career Outcomes?

Hi everyone,

I’m choosing between:

• Recreation & Health Education (UVic)
• Kinesiology (Brock)

Trying to understand realistic career outcomes.

Questions:

• What jobs are common with an RHE degree?
• How stable is the recreation / health promotion field?
• Does Kinesiology offer better long-term options?
• Any regrets working in recreation?

Looking for honest real-world perspectives.

Thanks!
