Is this permanent?

I recently had two WWII RPG bots reported, and now that I wanted to publish a new bot, it was automatically put under review. I tried to publish another one, and it's also under review. I understand now and I'm avoiding penalties, but my question is whether it's permanent that all my bots will be reviewed before being published.

Another concern of mine is how many reports I can accumulate before being banned, since I currently have two and I don't want to lose my account with a third report.
