Does breastfeeding hormones make upset stomach

Hi. From the beginning of pregnancy I had delicat stomach and bloating and couldn’t eat like usually. I didn’t use nothing it just came and went away on it’s own pretty much all pregnancy. Ob said that it’s hormonal thing and it doesn’t go away until I give birth. And I was really good for a while (now I’m 6mo pp) and EBF and I think I definitely overate and now my stomach is really upset just like at the beginning of pregnancy ( I even took pregnancy tests but negative for now). I’m also having period like cramps maybe my period is coming ( I still didn’t have one), so this made me think that it should be related with hormones.
