How do yall do it?

How do you actually learn Russian? its been about 2 months now and I still don't get a tiny bit of understanding Russian. i know 2 months isn't alot but it should be a start to learning a language. I feel like ive gone no where with learning Russian from duolingo and translators even Russian videos and movies. and nothing has helped.

tell me how yall did it?
