DEAD FALCON - WHAT TO DO 4 BONES

I got gifted a dead falcon (PERMITTED - CANADA) what do I do with it??? I don't have many resources available to me (live with parents, can't do true taxidermy, can't do wet specimens) so I'd probably get the bones/skeleton. it's already wrapped and has been in a freezer for a while and I will be putting it back in one until I know what to do with it and have the resources to do it. What do I do to get the bones, preferably getting all of the bones? Macerate and then bury excess liquid/feathers/etc, or keep buried? What will have less stink during the process (while contained/buried) and how long will both take? its a decently small one.
