Tachycardia?

I've had Afib for about 9 years. I've had two ablations - first one made my afib worse. Second was in August 2025 and it stopped afib for about 3 months. In December, afib started again. I wore a monitor for two weeks, and cardiologist said I wasn't in afib or flutter, but was actually having episodes of tachycardia.

Has anyone experienced this before? It seems really scary. I was on Flecanide 50mg twice daily before the the ablation and it was stopped in November. After wearing the monitor, I'm being restarted at twice the dose I was on before. Feeling very discouraged.
