Most challenging/rewarding class at the Walmart gym?
I go to the Walmart gym pretty regularly, but I usually just stick to my own routine and haven’t tried any of the classes yet. I’m thinking about mixing it up, but I don’t want to waste an hour on something that doesn’t feel worth it.
For context, I’d say I’m average fitness-wise. I work out 7 days a week I already lift and do cardio consistently — I’m not looking for beginner-friendly, I’m looking for challenging. I like workouts that leave me feeling completely taxed and accomplished. I don’t have a ton of free time, so I’m big on efficiency
A few questions:
• Is hot yoga actually strenuous, or more mobility/relaxation focused?
• Do you need to bring your own mat/equipment?
• What would you say is the most challenging class vs. the least challenging?
• Any favorite instructors or specific classes that consistently kick your butt?
Just looking for honest feedback before I sign up for something and regret it. Appreciate any insight!
