Best Sugar Shack?

Two adults, 3 young children who are adventurous and non-picky eaters. We’ve gone to Sucrerie du Terroir the past few years (we live in Quebec), and the food is decent, but nothing terribly special. I have memories growing up in Montreal, going to places north of the city that featured sleigh rides and food that really wowed - is there anything like that in the Outaouais region? Or a particularly special sugar shack food-wise in the region? I’m thinking more than pancakes and beans and bacon and cretons, or at the very least excellent versions of these!
