Turning off ped components with other components?

I have a ped that will have uppr and lowr components for clothing. I plan to add a wetsuit for when swimming in the water, but I'd love for the wetsuit to seamlessly turn off the uppr and lowr components when the wetsuit component is turned on, therefore negating the need for me to manually turn them off. Is this possible through something like the YMT file or does GTAV not have this sort of functionality?
