PS4 Save backups

So I uncovered my PS4 and went in with a USB to copy my saves. Now I don't know what to so with them. They come in two formats, one that just says "File" and another that says "BIN" below it.
I am trying to use my original profile with LBP3 on my PC but the files don't look like the ones I have gotten off of the archives.
This is my last stitch effort to try and edit my old levels again as when I went in on my PS4 and launched the game, it came back saying that my profile was corrupt.
